Is the software really free?
Yes, the six core features (point of sale, products, inventory, appointments, invoicing and memberships) come at no software cost. Some additional features cost extra, and Chris will tell you up front what applies to you.
Do I have to buy hardware?
Not necessarily. Every account includes the online gateway for customers and invoices. If you take payments in person, a terminal is included when you need one.
